Privacy policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Sentia Partners ("Sentia", "we", "us") collects through sentiapartners.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, firm, work email, the area you're interested in and anything you write in your message.
- Data assessment: your name, work email, role and phone number if you give one, details about the organisation and its data, and your other answers. Please don't include personal information about other people in your free-text answers.
- Site usage: our self-hosted analytics records pages visited, the referring site, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and recordings of how pages are used, such as scrolling and clicks. Text typed into form fields is masked in these recordings. We don't use advertising cookies and we don't sell personal information.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and work out whether we can help.
- To run, secure and improve the site.
- To keep records of our dealings with you.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who host and run the site and its forms for us, including Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Web3Forms (form email delivery) and our analytics host. They handle it on our behalf.
- Data partners: if you complete a data assessment and it looks like a fit, we may share a summary with vetted data partners under confidentiality, after discussing it with you first.
- Anyone we are required to share it with by law.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
Storage and retention
We store personal information with reputable providers and limit access to the people at Sentia who need it. We keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above and for our records, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@sentiapartners.ai. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
